Can I share my funding between two settings? Yes you can, you can split your entitled total between two settings you just need to write it on your funding form and make sure you put the correct amounts in the correct boxes and that it adds up to your total claimed hours.

Can I pay by childcare vouchers? Yes, you can, we are signed up to many vouchers schemes, the details for these are on the bottom of the invoice, please put your child’s name for reference. If you don’t see your vouchers system on there, let us know and we will join it if possible.

How do I find out what I’m entitled to? Please check out the government’s Childcare Choices website to find out what you can get for free. Some people qualify for 2 year funding, if you receive certain benefits, or for working parents, this is 15 hours of funding, everyone qualifies for 15 hours of Universal funding from the term after your child turns 3, some will also be able to claim the additional extended 15 hours giving you a total of 30 hours but you must claim the code for this before the start of the term you wish to use it.

What does EYPP mean? The Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP) is an additional sum of money paid to childcare providers for children of families in receipt of certain benefits. This funding will be used to enhance the quality of their early years’ experience by improving the teaching and learning facilities and resources with the aim of impacting positively on your child’s progress and development.
